Why do they need to be designated terrorists? Isn't it simply enough to arrest any who are breaking law under existing laws for assault on federal agents?

Good. I am tired of listening to white liberal landwhales screech while Ice/Law enforcement does their job. They should be arrested just for gathering as a crowd. If they are there to actively try to stop Ice from doing their job. Ot's getting ridiculous.

The use of the terrorist label is about removing rights and use of the patriot act. Id someone is funding and organizing protests that should be legal. If some of the people at those protests assault agents or get too worked up it should be a personal offense. If someone is out here paying people to assault ice then you simply arrest them for assault as a co conspirator and see what all charges that adds. None of that requires labeling American citizens terrorists unless your trying to subvert their rights...

Why is he still in the "may" phase? It's obvious they are organized and funded. It's obvious that they are attacking government employees and government buildings, in an effort to make the federal government bend to their political demands. Their actions are the definition of domestic terrorism. Why is trump and company still debating on whether or not to classify them as domestic terrorists?
This is why the left are so confident in funding and organizing domestic terrorism. Because they know the government will not do anything about it.
The BLM riots in 2020. The presidential riots that took place after trump won in 2016, and the riots on January 20th 2017 during his inauguration. The coordinated riots that take place after almost every justified police shooting of a black guy. The government's inability to act is what caused professional protesters and rioters to become a lucrative profession.

I disagree there. If they were just assaulting random people or non state actors sure. But since they're engaging in the conflict with ice I don't see it as spreading terror or terrorism in the traditional sense. They should go to jail though for assault on federal agents.

They are trying to terrorize ice agents and their families to forcibly stop ice from catching illegals for deportation. The goal is for them to create so much intimidation and fear that the federal government will think twice about trying to deport illegals.
