Looking at a Ruger Precision to enter in the suppressor game. Any thought on this rifle and suggestions for which suppressor?

If you like the chassis type rifles go for it.
Suppressors are a whole myriad of what your desires are then you can start narrowing down.

I have the Q el Camino that I run on a ruger mark 4 pistol and a tikka t1x bolt 22. I really like it. Friends have the sparrow 22 and they like that one as well. The suppressor on a bolt 22 is stupid quiet.

These are the suppressors I like for lower budget and no budget.
Also the advancement in suppressor tech these days is so fast something only stays the best for long.
If you can’t tell I’m a huge fan of CAT
22lr
Rugged oculus
Otter creek labs titanium 22
Dead air mask
Cat SR (don’t make anymore)
9mm
Cat street crack
Rugged obsidian
Tirant
Omega 9k
556 only (all semi auto)
Cat WB pricey short can be titanium or stainless
Polonium best budget
Polonium k best budget short
308: * denotes good on 556
Cat Jl optimized for bolt gun.
Silencerco Scythe Ti
Polonium 30* good budget
Cat ODB* highest performing
Cat DD highest performing short

I held one of these the other day and it's very impressive. Going to be my next 30 cal can for sure.

I mainly like it for bolt gun application because of the added break at the end. And that’s only an intuition I have zero clue if there’s enough pressure there to really make a difference but it does seem like a good bolt gun can. Especially since bolt guns you don’t have to get too fancy

I have a Ruger Precision .22lr.
It's a great rifle and very accurate. Negative is that it's heavy.
I keep a Q El Camino on it.
What caliber are you looking to buy. They are all heavier rifles than what you will find for a normal hunting rifle. That being said, a heavier rifle is easier to shoot more accurately.
I'm a fan of Specter Cat as well and have the WB in Ti. With the low blow back of gases and the weight savings on it, it was a no brainer for me. I was looking to save weight on a night hunting AR that was heavy itself and then add on the thermal and silencer, the WB saved almost a pound of weight (was using the Dead Air sandman).
