Gunfire at Lexington KY church, Mother & Daughter murdered (update)

Shooter now dead but not yet identified. That the shooter got in ?his car and ran to a nearby Baptist Church where other officers caught up to him and there, in the church, he was shot dead. Others were injured, but who and how remains unreported.
Link page 2. He knew the two women, demanded to know where the woman's other daughter was. When answered that she wasn't there, he said somebody has to die.

Weathers said police believe the suspect may have had a connection to the church, but the investigation is still ongoing.
"The suspect was shot by responding law enforcement and was pronounced deceased at the scene," Weathers added. "Three Lexington police officers fired their service weapons in accordance with the Lexington Police Department's policies."

Apparently the trooper received aid from bystanders which helped his condition to keep from being worse.

ABC News just said the shooter knew his victims.

How do we know literally everything about this except any identifying information about the shooter?

Does this mean he was underage?
No, just means they don't want the family to find out from the news. Standard practice to wait until the family is notified.

Doesn’t seem like it was his first time to flee from police or attack the police.

Members of the Lexington Emergency Response Unit and Crisis Negotiations Unit responded and were able to negotiate with the individual. The man turned himself in without incident.
The suspect surrendered to police after a 5-hour manhunt.
Police told LEX 18 they will likely charge the man for felon's possession of a handgun and fleeing and evading the police. They have not yet released his name.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) – A man wanted for wanton endangerment on a police officer, among a long list of other charges, is the Crime Stoppers Wanted Person of the Week.
Lexington Police and the Madison County Sheriff’s Office are looking for Guy House. The 47-year-old has a long list of charges that include wanton endangerment, automobile theft, fleeing and evading, felon in possession of a handgun, and receiving stolen property over $10,000.
