How are you going to enjoy the first game of Aints season?

I think I’ll fire up the grill and cook some steaks and burgers. At least we’ll have good food even if the football sucks.

Should be a season of Bagheads, boos, and most games StubHub terrace level prices of $10 to get in the game.
I think the pressure really ratchets up on Gayle and Mickey as she raised prices again this season knowing she had the worst roster in the NFL. Pressure to sell the team will mount and she’ll revert to her wilting ways and make more dumb decisions.
Plenty of empty seats in the dome and visitor takeover of the stadium. In short I see more dark days and misery as it’s quickly obvious Shough isn’t the answer and Banks get abused at LT.

Not out of the gate. The game is against AZ. And while they are expected to be a better team, are still predicted to be a below .500 team themselves. Could be another false hope game, and would not be surprised if they even scratch out a win. Now those next 3 games will be eye opening

To be honest, while I'm hoping for wins, the biggest thing I want to see is continual improvement. If I see that, the season would be easier to suffer through.

While we all hope this improvement, understand that the roster is worse, maybe far worse than end of last season.
It cannot be reinforced enough how anemic our offense will be with the dropoff from Carr to Shough/Rattler. It’s going to be bad.
Our best unit might be the secondary and there is no Lattimore or Adebo any longer. It’s a bad team.

This right here. If the Saints miraculously do well, I'll obviously be pleased. But my expectations are to see some changes in approach and better play as the season goes on, with the understanding that the games vs better opponents need to be judged through that lens.
