Don’t look too hard at the titles. Just understand that they’re there to identify talent and build strong relationships with that talent. Some of the lower rung guys organize coaching visits (book flights/hotel rooms etc) recruits visiting the school and camps.
But someone like Petitto is here to watch film, scout and man the phones.
