Fireworks in Baton Rouge?

I’m in Prairieville and it sounds like large continuous fireworks coming from the direction of South Baton Rouge. Anyone know what that is?

I saw it too while driving down airline, looked like it was across from MMR on the fairgrounds. Big firework show!

I saw MMR had a bunch of trailers over where the Royal Motel was. They buy a bunch of fireworks to celebrate whatever the frick they did there?

Just got off the phone with my daughter who's at her mom's house tonight in Prairieville and she said there was a ton going off.
Assuming it's just some a-holes who decided to hold back some leftovers just to piss people off.

It was fireworks. I could see them from my back porch.

MMR had a fundraiser benefit for Mary Bird Perkins tonight. The fireworks were at the end.
