Sure, but she’s probably trying to buy in a building full of people with more money than her that have lived there for a while and don’t want to risk the chance of their somewhat quiet building being disturbed. Remember that every away gymnastics trip the arena would be filled with guys and girls there just to yell at Livvy and hold up a sign for her.
