Double fisting vapes

This is a new one on me. I’m in downtown Chicago for work. Just witnessed a normal looking middle aged white lady on the sidewalk taking a big rip off a vape, and then raking another big rip off another, separate vape. I guess one is weed (legal here) and one is a cig? I dunno but whatever I just witnessed I feel it’s a little aggressive for 8:30 a.m. on a work day but I guess I’m old now.
