Pork wings battered with AP and potato flakes. Fried in coconut oil. Tossed in. Pork demi glace and mr pibb based wing sauce. Heavy on the siracha and pepper x.
Served with white rice bowl.
And... I shite you not... Tropical punch koolaid. Because the kids were here and only drank half the pitcher.
