According to Mike Benz, there were left wing and right wing factions in USAID. One of the examples he gave was the right wing manipulated an LGBTQ group into staging a coup in Bangladesh. There was also an example of causing a race riot and strike in West Africa to prevent China from building a port there.

This should be step #2. Step #1 should be funding efforts to promote right wing causes in the US.

We have way too much focus on “right wing” and “left wing”. How about more emphasis on practical policies that benefit the people.

The problem is we have too much of everything government. We don't need anything new from government, just a shite ton less of everything we have now. True, that's also policy but it's decidedly right wing, though would probably get an unfortunate level of support from the American Right.
