Any white guy in a commercial is currently a bad guy (i.e. robber in an alarm commercial) or depicted as ignorant.

My favorite commercial was from Japan. It was for a laundry detergent. The young girl stuffed her black boyfriend into the washer and he came out white. It caused a stir with US media and they had to apologize.

I’d be happy if they would just get rid of the HIV commercials… there are not that many people with fricking AIDS to where I see a HIV med advertisement at every commercial break

The commercials make me laugh honestly.
I’m always trying to imagine what combo we get to see next.
The white guy is now a servant in a pancake commercial for an all black family.
They aren’t mincing ideas, I’ll say that. They are out front.

How much of this can be explained by targeted advertising?
For instance, on any given day, a black family is more likely to eat fast food than a white family. McDonalds targeted blacks for advertising because of this.

Example: one of my favorite sitcoms of all time is “Sanford and Son”. As much as I love that show, Whitey is always portrayed as a buffoon. Officer Hoppy, Fred’s brother-in-law, etc.

My wife on I were watching Goliath the other night, it's the season where they're taking on big pharma for opioid addiction and I shite you now, a big pharma commercial came on
