It's really pretty fun for the price, you can sink some hours in there. Sony doing Sony stuff, they should have launched it on xbox after 30 days. Ain't nobody buying a ps5 just for helldivers.

Newest update. Extremely difficult to kill. For reference the hellbomb has decimated all the enemies in the game to this point and it takes 15 hellbombs worth of damage to kill this thing.

The shotgun is awesome. The assault rifle has too much recoil for my liking but I see people running it. Haven't tried the pistol yet. Sadly those guns aren't customizable though.

I came back about 2 weeks ago. There was an update yesterday with cave systems for the bugs that block your stratagems. The meta for that is a work in progress. The mechs are very useful in the tunnels though.

I downloaded this last night and jumped into a game with a friend on PS. It's a fun game, and I can see it being a lot of fun with a full squad.

It's definitely fun, it gets old once you unlock everything and know the gameplay loop, very redundant. Still for the price I put a bunch of hours in before it got old. Best with a 4 person squad, especially your friends, with mics on.

I've been playing it since it came out on Xbox. I'm enjoying the hell out of it but yeah I can see it getting old once I've unlocked everything and am beating super helldives.

They are/were. Only complaint was it felt they didn't play test the burrowing bugs enough. Those bastards forced you to have explosive weapons at all times. Storming caves in groups of 4 all with mechs is a blast. Hopefully they balance it out just a touch after the 5 weeks sans burrowing bugs. Also the maps with Hive Lords AND Dragonroaches were just rude haha. Constantly resupplying any and all rocket launchers.
