So why don’t these gun control groups distinguish between them when discussing mass shootings?

"Gang violence" is a cheap way out of saying what it really is, lack of decent humanity. People are killed for being in the wrong place, murdered to show out, robbed, beaten to death etc. If it is commited by a certain population they call it "gang violence" but most of the victims were never in a gang or had anything to do with the perps. They were just minding their own business.... lets just not talk about it and call it "gang violence".

Old news, but 2% of 13% = 50%+ of all violent crime in the U.S.
