It's exactly as he said. The Dems were leaking the Parliamentarians actions out of context hoping to cause confusion and chaos around detailed and confusing federal government processes and order of doing business that most(including myself) don't fully understand.

There is no reason to block the removal of short barreled rifles, and shotguns, or suppressors from it.
