Pork chop and smoked sausage gravy with rice. Thick cut bone-in chops and Bourque’s smoked sausage browned well, smothered with a deeply browned onion and garlic gravy. Cab to drink.

Blondie grilled up some NY Strip steaks, grilled corn, and some butter beans. A couple cold Modelo Especial’s, nice Maduro cigar for dessert makes RichJ a happy dude…
