Ehhh…Hunt’s appeal is that he is just as big a fan as any of us and for that reason can sometimes come off as too much of a homer.
He gives great analysis for baseball and basketball. I’m not sure any media personality that pumps out a constant stream of sunshine would be worth listening too

He laid out a path in which the committee could leave LSU out. he said he was like 90%+ sure LSU would be a top 8 seed, but if they weren't awarded it, it would be because of X, Y, and Z.
It was not a commentary on LSU's ability or where LSU should be seeded based on talent. It was purely about explaining a world in which the committee could put LSU at 9.

Musso this year has been a perfect blend of homerism and realism, with some great in depth analysis. Really enjoyed him this season.

It seems like he goes out of his way to not come across as a homer. I know he is conservative on his takes, but I agree that he is often too negative.

Correct. Musso truly is the best. He never bothers me and he is willing to give credit even if it was for something he didn’t initially agree with.

Hunt is okay. I don’t care if he misses predictions. He just goes too hard the opposite way at times IMO. Almost like he forces it to be that different guy. I agree that Hanny is great.

Since the Arkansas series nearly 2 months ago, Hunt has said this team is capable of beating anybody and can certainly win a NC.
He was arguing that it wasn’t a “100% lock” we clinched a top 8 seed near the end of the season and came up with scenario we could fall to 9-10 if xyz happens and the committee primarily looks at RPI.
