How does the NCAA figure out whose the Home team in the series?

SIAP but I saw that Costal will be Home 1st game and 3rd game if necessary. Curious as to how they determine that

Incorrect, LSU will be home saturday, visitor sunday, and home monday from the NCAA website

On ESPN and NCAA they show LSU as home Saturday and Monday. Higher seed for games 1 and 3, just like a Super.
