Needs to be fired and explain the reasoning behind the decision.
Completely uncalled for to do this as well as have the fans come out and put them in harms way. Not to mention you have one of the top pitchers in country on the mound that people want to see and he gets screwed over in his CWS debut.

Well the difference is Jay delays a game if there is a threat of a nonexistent storm popping up.
In this situation there was a big, strong line of storms moving directly towards Omaha at 6pm.
