Until 12am Tuesday. Radar shows a lot of lightning as early as 7:15pm.

What will be the next 6 mega million or powerball numbers? You seem to be pretty good at predicting things.

There’s a big difference between a warning and a watch.

Big difference…learn it for your own safety.

Looks like it might go North of Omaha, if the track pattern stays the way it's showing now

If we win it all, season should be called the year of postponements.

The local stations are expecting bad weather to roll in around midnight

https://www.wowt.com/2025/06/15/first-alert-6-weather-day-two-rounds-severe-storms-possible-tuesday/

quote:

These storms look to move from the northwest to the southeast. The timeline for the first round of storms look to be after midnight Monday night through sunrise Tuesday morning.

quote:

Large hail, damaging winds, and flash flooding look to be the biggest threats with these storms. The chance of tornadoes is low.

The highest risk for strong storms will be in the northwestern half of our viewing area with the storms weakening some as they push through overnight and into the morning.

The severe risk continues into Tuesday shifting SE for the early storms and a second round that develops late into the evening and could continue overnight into Wednesday.

Looks like it’s sliding north of Omaha

Lightening may be an issue

Doesn’t matter, it will pass close enough for a lightning delay.

Sure enough, the National Weather Service is calling for 8 p.m. rain.

Just did a future cast on it. Of course those things are never right but it shows the storm going right at Omaha. Should be over around 11 pm. Why does this sound familiar? But it has paid off great for us so far.

If that’s correct lightning delay will come between 7 and 8.
