If Healthcare Vote is Why Boelter Shot Rep. Hortman, Why Did He Shoot Sen. Hoffman?

I don't know why Boelter shot the people in Minnesota. I thought the explanation posted earlier saying that he was a narcissist who couldn't stand being ordinary was as good a theory as any other.
But, for those who KNOW that Boelter killed libetal Hortman because she voted AGAINST her fellow Democrats, why did he first shoot liberal Hoffman who voted WITH his fellow Democrats?

Well there's one narrative that's become popular on here with scant, if any, evidence.
Then there is another theory with lots of evidence that completely contradicts the narrative, which, as best I can tell, hasn't even become a counter-narrative yet (waiting for more facts).

Someone shoots two Democrat legislators. The assumption is that he doesn't like Democrats (just as we assumed the two Trump shooters didn't like MAGA). To counter that, it was asserted that he shot them because of their votes against their fellow Democrats regarding taxpayer-funded health care for illegals...but that is nonsense because only one of them voted with Republicans.

I enjoy exchanging facts and ideas to try to figure things out. I appreciate finding out what people know that I don't. For instance, you found the evidence that Boelter's wife had been an intern for Walz. I appreciated that.
