Yeah, Tightrope.
That was during that Hollywood "rediscovery" of Louisiana in the early 80s. Southern Comfort, The Toy and Tightrope were all relatively big pictures for their day and both set and shot heavily in Louisiana.
By the late 80s it was relatively routine (Everybody's All American, Steel Magnolias, Sex, Lies and Videotape, Blaze), but this was during this sort of initial discovery of Louisiana as a "cheaper to film it there than reproduce it in Hollywood" period (and of course, prior to the generous film tax subsidies more common now, pioneered by Louisiana in 1992).
