Same judge stayed his own order to give Trump time to appeal…..
His ruling gives a 24 hour sound bite that it was “illegal”. And the media and dems will run with it. Then appeals court will overrule….

They're basically calling Newsom's bluff. Pull the Guard out and Newsom likely won't re-activate and then LA burns and it continues to all fall on Newsom. Any chance he ever had in 2028 is gone.
