By the rules:

Second Place - PerpleNGold - Tarte au Citron
Third Place - Cajunate - Orange Marmalade Glazed Salmon with Creamy Pasta and Garlicky Buttered Broccoli
Fourth Place - HoboDickCheese - Shrimp Ceviche Tacos
Congratulations, Lnchbox. What will our next ingredient be?
If you decide you want to include a dish that does not contain citrus fruit, your winners are:
