Hey Louisiana: y’all got any baws that can come get this boat?

Right off HWY 280 as you enter the premier suburb of Alabama in Mountain Brook is a boat that has lost his way. It has been dubbed Birmingham’s own “sword in the stone” as multiple alpha males have seen their pride take a hit in their failed attempts to dislodge the vessel from its giving tree.
The tree’s location is right at the intersection of three municipalities: Mountain Brook, Homewood, and Birmingham. It is apparently 6-8 ft inside the Birmingham district, meaning that one of the slowest and most inept city proper in the country must figure out when and how to get the boat.
I’ve seen the OT accomplish many great things in my time here. Can you come get this boat?
