Trump is handling this one by the book. Newsome and Bass are following their handlers and NOT putting down the riots. The current ROE of LAPD and other city LOE is to "observe and protect property when possible. If under duress, retreat...do not engage. You will make no arrests ".
Bass and Newsome should be arrested for putting law enforcement and citizens lives at risk.
