They've played a few terrible teams on the road.

The only really good team they played on the road was Clemson and it was 1x.

They played 3 games @ KSU who made the tournament but lost 2 of those 3.

They went 11-0 against Jacksonville, Lipscomb, and Queens who were outside the Top 125 in RPI plus a midweek win over Ohio St outside the Top 200. They went 4-0 against Houston and Marshall who are in the 90s in RPI. That leaves them at 8-5 against legitimate competition. They were 5-1 against 28-27 BYU and 29-26 UCF, both in the 50-75 RPI range and a combined 19-41 in the Big 12 (13th and 14th out of 15). That leaves them 3-4 against everyone else. That’s two midweek losses to Pitt and Penn St, single wins over Oklahoma St and Clemson, and a 1-2 series loss to Kansas St. When you break it down, it’s just not as impressive as it looks.

I know one thing. I'm no longer underestimating anyone LSU plays.

24-5 no matter what is pretty good. We down playing WVU when LR literally almost knocked LSU out of their own regional. Yeah no.1 vs number rpi ranked 243 Little Rock.

exactly. No.1 vs rpi ranked 243rd Little Rock literally almost knocked LSU out of their own regional. A team that had 19 wins in regular season and finished with a losing record against other scrubs.

They've made it to a super regional, they're fricking good. Little Rock made it to a regional with a losing record and damn near ended our season.

I sure as hell hope the team and coaches aren't taking the same attitude some of our fans are in preparations this week.

let's hope so. LSU has to become a good hitting team real fast to keep going imo.
