I voted for this.
(Obviously crickets from the Dems on this subject)

A combination of improved supply, lower wholesale costs, and declining demand following peak pricing has contributed to the drop. However, while prices have fallen, other pressures still exist.

While this is promising, grocery stores are taking a measured approach before lowering prices, waiting to see if wholesale declines hold steady rather than immediately adjusting retail prices. Stores are still waiting to see if wholesale declines hold steady before making broader adjustments at the consumer level.
Egg Price Story
What specifically was done by who you voted for to lower the egg prices?

Not seeing this. I shop at Wal Mart and Wright Brand Bacon that was $8.88 for 1.5 pounds is now $10.88
Ribeye steaks are up $1.00 a pound
Three pack of 85/15 Grass Fed Beef that was $14.88 is now $18.88
Kroger, Publix, Whole Foods, Fresh Market are even higher. Maybe Aldi is cheaper but I don't go there as clientele is even worse than Wal Mart.
Down vote away.

Well, no one has been killing millions of chickens under his purview...

IOW keeping prices artificially high to reap the profits awhile

That's bullshite. I paid 4 bucks for a dozen large last week.

Trump has pushed for them to come down and they have, but I’m definitely not paying 2.50 for eggs right now.

It’s unfortunate and unsettling that positive economic news for our country bothers the left so much.
And glaringly poor poll numbers regarding how Americans view the Democratic Party continue to reflect that.

You live in an 800 sqft Cuckbox condo. Does it get anymore embarrassing than that?

Id say admitting to being a walmart shopper while driving a car with 300k+ miles on it would be more embarrassing than living at the SLS

So your eggs are only down 40% since January 21. Got him now.

I used to shop at Publix. Trump and Biden ruined that. Why pay more? I drive a 2005 Camry with 180,000 miles. I live in a 1.2 million dollar home in 30306. I will retire at the latest at 52. I'm doing just fine and not living in a tiny Cuckbox. You on the other hand have a pathetic existence where you wishcast for 'rates' to come down.

You’re lying.
Check the egg price commodities chart which backs the figures up

Not seeing a decrease? I just did a quick Shipt app search for eggs, and the cost is significantly lower in my neck of the woods than it was 6 months ago. Prices in your area may vary some, but the overall trend is clear.

Democrats attacked Trump for high egg prices, demonstrating that he somehow has control of this matter. When prices go down, why wouldn't he then be given credit?

I didn't mention eggs. Other posters have said they are higher as well. Are we all lying over the price of eggs?
Grocery prices have not come down and are increasing. Sorry this triggers you so much.
