Best hole in the wall restaurant in BR?

A friend of mine is going to Baton Rouge and he already knows about most of the good restaurants in BR. But has asked what is the best hole in wall restaurant in BR.

I dont think most would consider it a hole in the wall, but Bistro Italia is a pretty damn good Italian spot in a weird location.

If hole in the wall is a time tested location with lots of history and food that won’t kill you, stick with old school.
