I need to pick up some new shoes soon and I'm between the Municial and GFore shoes. I've just never talked to anyone that has owned the Municipal and curious if they are worth the money.
Thanks

Just pulled the trigger on Gfores this weekend and wore them yesterday and love them.

I'm in the market for some new shoes. Down to maybe these two.. I gotta have spikes. I feel all slippery without them...

Never tried Payntr but I'll just toss in another vote for GFores. I have 4 pair and they've held up really well. They are as comfortable of a golf shoe as you can ask for. I bought some of the LSU GFores that the baseball team had up in the preseason auction. Wore them a few times at my club up here. The gel inserts that they use are ridiculously comfortable and walking 36 in them is absolutely no problem. Played 7 rounds of golf in Bandon back in October and GFores were the only shoes I brought.

Oh man, I wish I had known about those. I didn't know they ever made an LSU shoe.

I have a pair of Payntrs and a few pairs of Gfores and I like the Payntrs - very comfortable but I love the Gfores.

I walked my first round in these yesterday. Got them Friday. Wet and a bit nasty on the course. Shoes were super comfortable and my feet stayed dry. Great stability and feel during my swing. I really like them and would recommend them highly.

And they cleaned up really easy too. Not sure what material it is, but everything wipes off it easily. Very nice little perk.

Ordered them directly from G4. They have a 10% discount for first time customers.

I have these exact G4s, the soles are easily the most comfortable golf shoe I have ever owned!!!.......However they are also the first golf shoe I've owned that the sides of pinky toes hurt after each round! Never had issues with any kind of shoes or boots like that, never had to get wide fit in anything.

Are they narrower than most golf shoes?
Do they break in like a boot? They seem to have gotten a little better after several rounds.
Can they be stretched like a boot?
Are there any brands that offer wide toe box golf shoes?

I think Municipal using Wyndham Clark as a spokesperson has backfired.

He has a full agenda that guy.
Squeezes in golf between 4 am prayer and 5 am squats.
