This is actually not a bad thing. Kids can no longer wear clothing in favor of queer life.

SCOTUS declined to hear the case. Which is essentially the same thing as saying he can't wear the shirt because the lower court ruled against him and SCOTUS is letting that stand.

Sweet summer child, the school district already celebrates pride week and he/she/they. It's ONLY the kid wearing the "There are only two genders" shirt that was censored.

If the non-normal, minority, gay/trans people can wear clothes/symbols that represent their opinions..... so can others! Thats the whole idea behind the 1A.
