How dumb are you people?? Teams have ran through the box against way better teams that just hit .129 against a day 3 starter and a kid that’d pitched one inning all year.

I still feel pretty good about the boys making it to Omaha since they'll be playing at the Box. But once they get to Omaha, feeling's not so great.

I feel a lot better with our second tier of pitching coming on and being absolutely dominant and keeping us in every game. I would be more worried if we needed to score 8 or more a game to have a chance. Hitting can get hot at any moment and they don’t have to get that hot for us to win a lot of games with this pitching staff.

A lot of people have overreacted after every loss. You'd think we're one of the worst teams in the country by reading this board. We're one of the best in both pitching and defense, and while we've struggled at times offensively we still have a team batting average of.306 and a .417 on base percentage. I've watched us beat some really good teams this season, so I see no reason why this team can't get it going in the tournament. If you've watched the other top teams this season you would know that every team has their warts.

Maybe I'm wrong, haven't looked at actual results but it seems like we have been pretty damn good at home and ot so much on the road. Like a noticeable difference....this LSU teams seems to be an LSU team that truly plays much better at home...or I should say hits better
