Any good Kung Pao Chicken Recipes?

I've tried a couple, but have been disappointed, so far.

I've got the first step down.

Not sure where you are located but if you have a Trader Joe’s they have a frozen bag of kung pao chicken that is actually really really good that you just heat in a skillet. Combine it with some of their fried rice and you have a couple really easy meals
