last night highlights(not worried about hitting)

Watching the game again. Even though we only had four hits, we were hitting the ball hard. I'm not worried at all about our hitting—sometimes you just have to tip your hat to the pitcher. Like I said before, there were a lot of hard-hit balls; they just happened to be right at the goobs. Sometimes people forget that the sec isn't a cupcake league no matter who you play

Easy to forget too that A&M has all the pieces of the best teams we will play as we work toward Omaha. Their lack of consistency this season has killed them along with some questionably coached tactics that have not only not worked for them but worked against them. Two baserunners last night hugged the first base line back to back and one of them kept them from tying up the game. That seems almost like they practiced that and toed the line a bit to far on the rule

Agree with this thread.

There’s not really a point of being “worried” at this point in the season. We know what we are. We’ve seen what LSU looks like when they are hitting the ball well and we’ve seen what they look like when they are struggling. Just hope that they put it together enough to win some games over the next month.

This. A bunch were hit to centerfield and the centerfielder made some great plays. It was bad luck ("that's baseball") that none found the gap.

They were facing 3rd game pitching for Aggies.

The excuses are laughable at this point.

That’s not’s really not true. If he had not interfered he would have been out at first with the runner holding at third. Same result.
It is poor coaching, especially because the next guy did it too.
