Some of the dumbest takes on here. fricking clowns. We lose, we are still a top 8 seed. We win, we are a top 8 seed. If any of you clowns coached or knew baseball, you’d have clout, but you’re no Jay Johnson or Skip. Your takes are clown shoes

ETA: and Hunt isn’t the end all be all to baseball. He goes off of others “takes.”

If we lost, our RPI was expected to drop a few spots in a razor thin race for top 8. Why take it for granted?

Hunt never said LSU wasn't top 8 lol he was just playing devils advocate, and he made that abundantly clear.

Hunt plays both sides. He won’t commit to what he knows is truth. He wants to leave it open and is a coward for that

is it ok if I would rather LSU ends aTm's season instead of OM?

Serious question. Would LSU be the first college baseball team ever to not receive a top 8 seed while they were currently #1 in the country in all of the polls?

I mean this just sounds silly to even talk about

Gambling has changed sports forever. People gamble on emotions for their home team like amateurs the. When they lose they have to bash said team rather the home team wins or loses. It’s as plain as day.
We just beat a hated rival that we were a bad match up to and ended their season. Yet some fans are pissed off.

Maybe, but it was still a clownish take

Eh he came on here and talked about the tweets. He was saying LSU was 90% locked in (I thought it was already 100%) but basically said "here is why it's 90 and not 100."

Then, something unlikely like A&M advancing through and beating us could happen and drop us to RPI 14, which the committee pays far too much attention to. Or Auburn comes through and beats you for the 4th time this year. Then things get dicey.

I see where he was coming from, even if I disagreed.

Those who accuse others of not studying baseball are those who do not study how the committee has valued RPI in the past

The masses with froth and seethe, but this win was bigger than most are willing to accept

Hunt agrees with you. Though he is human and does have some bad takes at times. What he does is occasionally takes the time to give the reasoning of people who may disagree. He clearly states what he is doing but some rantard inevitably runs here and says that is Hunt's take.

Agreed Fireaway.

Now onto the dumbass “experts” on this board. Even every top NCAA sports minds said we are a top 8 seed regardless of this. However, you clowns sit there and bitch and moan like you’re in the “know.” You don’t know shite. You started watching a month ago and are now a fricking expert. Sit your bitch arse down, STFU, and SUCK THAT TIGER DICK BITCH!

The projections were showing LSU as the 5 seed, that’s pretty solidly in. Now that’s not official of course but are they usually that far off? Not often
