Begins on Monday, May 26th and ends on June 7th.

2025 Isle of Man TT Schedule

If you like motorcycle racing and carnage this is must see TV. A year without at least one death is a rare year.

This is one of the craziest videos I’ve ever seen and really puts into perspective how dangerous the course is.

The sidecars on the Isle of Man add an extra layer of crazy.

I went down a rabbit hole watching these one day. I think I watched over 5 hours of clips before I realized how long I'd been sitting there.

It's really impressive and the people who participate are equally brave and crazy

What's even more amazing is that this course is nothing more than the same roads the inhabitants travel daily. There are no steeply banked turns to help the cyclists hold the course better, they are nothing more than normal roads.

Add to that the amount of transitions from bright sunshine to the partially and totally shaded areas means your attention has to be spot on due to the adjustment your eyes make in those conditions.

So many great riders have died on that course over the years. There have been 270 rider deaths since the race began in 1907 and the race wasn't run from 1915 to 1919, again from 1940-1946 due to two world wars and it was cancelled 3 more times, 2001, 2020 and 2021 due to viral outbreaks.

I guessed Mad Cow disease for the 2001 cancellation, but it was an outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease.

You can also crest a hill and transition immediately from dry pavement to a driving rain and horrible conditions. 37.73 mile course.

37 miles long and the record is an average speed of 136 mph. Those people are nuts. Racing next to curbs, stone walls, trees. Would love to see it in person.

Subscription coverage. It wouldn’t surprise me if there are YouTube highlights. I’ve watched it on YouTube with my brother after the races.
