If a judge does something like this (violating SCOTUS, their boss...) they should be immediately impeached and removed by congress.

I am always up for shitting on out of control judges, but as I recall, the SCOTUS merely stayed the trial courts ruling while the case is pending. I do not believe it dismissed the action and I presume the documentation in question is germane to that litigation (or, at least, it is claimed it is germane)

There’s nothing the Supreme Court can do about it. Sounds like the District Courts are just ignoring the Supreme Court.
