Run is his best song IMO

Find a truck and fire it up
Lean on the gas and off the clutch
Leave Dallas in the dust
I need you in a rush
So baby, run

Amarillo By Morning is in my opinion the greatest country song of all time. I have a Spotify Playlist of almost 63 hours of Country Music ranging from the 50s to today and it's the first song on it. I want it played at my funeral. King George is definitely one of the greatest country artists of all time!

If I can look half as good at that age I'll be happy.

No homo, George is a pretty man.

I can't remember who wrote that. Maybe Tony Arata or Costas, somebody like that.
It was a big hit, and it happened because somebody screwed up singing " Out Of The Clear Blue Sky"

When I was a teenager , my parents made me push mow our acre and a half large yard and the cassette in my Walkman for mowing was the pure country soundtrack. Needless to say I know every one of those songs by heart and he’s been my favorite country artist for a very long time.
