Outfielders missed two catchable balls

Just because they’re catchable doesn’t mean they are for sure catches. You go play outfield and let me know how it goes….

Pearsons ball was spinning away from him in the shadows, by no means was that an easy play. Brown on the other hand always gets beat on balls at the wall

Cowan obviously lost us that game. But so did more of Jays meddling. Curiel would have likely caught ball. And Hernandez would have had a better chance blocking that last pitch.

I'm giving a pass on the RF ball because it hit the very top of the wall in that weird transition from tall wall to low wall. Neither Brown or Pearson are tall enough to make that catch in my opinion.

Defensively we were lazy and nonchalant all game. Same with baserunning. Pitching was bad early and late and bats were spotty as usual.

This is the 2025 LSU baseball team.

I’m not getting paid to go to school to catch balls at the #1 program in the country. You never see anyone above the high school level drop balls in the outfield. They have one job defensively
