Meta Quest 3 is what I have. Got it at Best Buy. I am still learning how to use it so can't help there. I will say it was a WOW moment the first time I put it on and started messing around with it. Came with a Batman game but I got it to play Half Life Alex.

I played max’s plank game and drunken bar fight for probably 10 hours. Most gaming I’ve done in 20 years. Those games are fun to show guests who have never experienced them but that was years ago and I imagine that novelty has long worn off.

All major electronics stores sell them. You can get one at Walmart.

Where do you get the software or program? from websites, streaming, store bought or etc. I'm particularly interested in "virtual traveling"....such as countries and cities around the world. Walking down the streets in Paris and visiting museums, Egypt monuments, Greece, Asia, etc. etc.

I have a Meta quest 3 that I bought a couple of months ago and have probably used it for less than an hour

There is a meta store where you purchase all the apps (even “free” ones). It works much like a smart phone App Store.

We bought a Meta Quest for my 8 or 9 year old years ago. The fun lasted less than a week before he got bored. Younger sister used it once or twice. I used it once, but I also like to multi task. It just didn't move the needle. Not a popular opinion, but it wouldn't be any good to only get one sided opinions, would it?
