This was announced a while back. Their stock took a hit that day, one of many this year.
Merrick Garland let them get away with it for four years.

They’re likely the ones who claim they’re staunch principled conservatives

This is the way.
Not cold-blooded murder on the sidewalk.

You don’t believe in due process but fine with premeditated murder by random geeks on the street?
Yeah you’re a moron.

Clearly shouldn't be murdering people but I'm not shedding a tear for that jackass. The fact these healthcare CEOs are looking over their shoulders is a good thing imo. They're subhuman filth who profit on giving out the minimum amount of service they can legally get away with.

So my premiums will go up at renewal. Awesome

Health care should be co-ops.

Take the "legally" out and that statement will be more correct. They routinely do illegal shite and have gone unpunished. They have to be made an example of to deter the others.

Never going to be able to reconcile an insurance model on something everyone is going to have to utilize. Some people may never get in a car wreck their entire life or never be in one where they are at fault at least. However, EVERYONE is going to have a major health issue in their life. Most will have several. Some will have many such episodes.
The United States model just doesn't work. Eventually the employers are going to be unable to afford a level of service anyone can tolerate and something will change.

I work with UHC on a daily basis. The things they are doing with their Advantage plans boggle my mind on how they are legal. If you have an elderly family member, or anyone you care about that is thinking of taking the bait and signing up for there medicare advantage plan, do everything you can to steer them to anyone else.

That is literally every CEOs job, I’m not saying it’s right, especially with healthcare, but no CEO gives a frick about you and there are many things you consume that contribute to your overall health that you aren’t and never will whine about. The CEO is also not dealing with denials outside of company policy which the individual agrees to. But again you’re fine with some random dude murdering another on the street so I fail to see the overall concern.

Damn, I didn't realize you were actually retarded. I take back any bad thing I might have said about you.

To break the law? The do it everyday. They have blatant disregard for the law and have made great profits.

No. They routinely deny legitimate claims. Talk to any healthcare provider and you'll hear the same. They have no issue taking your money and not paying for contracted services. Their denial rate is by far the highest. The time for appeal decisions is the longest and they are the worst about not paying clean, legit claims.
Deny, delay, defend. They've made it to number 3. Hopefully the gov't will add the 4th D and Deflower them when they run the big train of justice up their arse.
