My selection time is approaching and I'm thinking of moving my south endzone seats to the north endzone b/c the location options might be slightly better (section 244). But I haven't sat in the north endzone in over a decade. How does it compare to the south, # of bathrooms, concession options, etc?I'm going to be in the sun either way. So I'd prefer the better view as long as I'm not compromising myself for longer lines, etc.

TIA

Dont know where you are sitting in SEZ but 244 is good, essentially sideline EZ. I have sat in NEZ many times. Best way to get to seats is enter lower portal and walk up steps.

I grew up in 18, now 118 I think and I have been in 240 the last few years. Night and day. I love the NEZ. More of the band interaction and college feel.

But I wouldn’t trade my decades in the SEZ either. Saw Hester score on 4th down right in front of me. Great memories there.

Depends on which side of your face you want sunburned. No seriously though, I prefer the south endzone. The north endzone is better for hearing the band and being near the craziness of the student section, but it is always nice to be in the south endzone to rub it in to the opposing teams fans. I didn't notice any difference to the concessions so I can't comment on that.

411 but middle of the row which sucks b/c I have kids that don't like to sit. I hate being that guy who has kids running to the bathroom and concessions several times a game. I could get seats in 244 near the aisle b/c it's such a narrow section. I can't quite convince myself to spring for section 305, which has nice options. We will miss a couple of games each year b/c of soccer. So sinking a ton of money per game so I can sell the tickets for half price on SeatGeek is tough. NEZ & SEZ prices are a chunk less than the sidelines obviously.

244 probably has the worst concession situation in the stadium. Great seats though

I was in 238 for about 20 yrs. At the time it was the best deal in the stadium. For some reason the TAF fees were much lower compared to south endzone and uppers. I'm sure that's been rectified by now....

Is it just far from a concession stand or the only option would be the concession nearby is one of the tiny ones with cold nacho cheese and warm bottled water? or maybe both!

The closest is now a beverage only. The next closest will be out of hot dogs before the 2nd quarter. There is a water machine in the tunnel, and the beer booth down the ramp one level is quick and easy. But any decent food options will be a hike away and lengthy lines, with maybe the Truple B’s down the ramps being the easiest option

I’ve gone to (Id guess) close to 100 LSU football games in my life and I don’t believe I’ve ever sat in the NEZ (outside of 2-3 student section games in college), but I don't count that.

The biggest plus for my seats in the mid bowl SEZ is the shade from the sun/rain, but only like the top 15-20 rows get this luxury.

244 is sideline without sideline price! I have sat all over the stadium. The only bad thing on 244 to me is day games. Can be brutally hot in Sept and the last to get shade.

I just remembered I can look at the maps on LSU's site. The south endzone seems to have so much more. My kids will break my wallet on Leroy's lemonade.

if looking for better food options south wins. north endzone is stuck in the 50s and no where to expand.

Going to be in the sun for many games. I wouldn’t trade my south endzone seats for that reason.

Some sections in south end zone are shaded for day games. Something to consider.

That's the same with any current option, as I'm looking for 4 seats right now. My only other option is to go to the west upper.

NEZ, especially near 244, isn’t great for concessions. I’d rather go all the way down to the tunnel & over to the East side for concessions

Easier to do if you’re in 211

North end zone is best view, PA system is more clear, louder because you’re right next to the student section, closer to LSU players during warmups. If you sit in the lower bowl of the North end zone, you’ll feel much more a part of the pregame atmosphere especially. I’ve been sitting there my whole life and would prefer it over sideline seats. Nothing like the feeling of having the whole stadium bearing down on you.
