Utah, Washington, and Charlotte each with a 14% chance at the #1 pick
NOLA - 12.5%
Philadelphia - 10.5%
Brooklyn - 9%
Toronto - 7.5%
San Antonio - 6%
The remaining 12.5% is divided up between the other teams in the lottery.

The NBA drastically reduced the percentages for the teams with the worst records a few years ago to discourage tanking. Tonight shows that plan working.
