Surprised this hasn’t been posted on here yet. It’s a shame that these kids don’t learn from their mistakes.

I do not know if he’s guilty or not, but it’s hard to learn a lesson that you’re never taught because you’re good at a game. Sometimes, hard consequences are the only way.

How do we know he was at fault?

We don’t. That’s what the investigation will be for. However it’s reasonable to say that he’s a very reckless driver.

Officers say Saturday, they responded to the scene where a southbound Durango crashed into a Kia Soul that was making a left turn
With what is known there is no evidence to support him having made a mistake to begin with

No alcohol involved. 78-year old driver. Unless he was hauling arse at 2pm, articles all but exonerate him. She was trying to turn left across a 3-lane road from a residential side street, he was coming south and hit her as she was in the middle of the road. Both kids getting ejected from the car suggests no seatbeats

The crash occurred near the Ulmerton intersection that he (as a local) would be slowing for. And 2pm with a Durango isn't exactly optimal speeding conditions. Even with a rep, Occam's razor to me is granny shouldn't have been behind the wheel.

May not be excessive speed but looking at the damage on a 40mph street, I am sure speed was a factor.
