Yeah. Quinn is earning himself a NFL contract from what I've seen tonight.

statistics and potential are often nothing more than media play...the only thing that truly matters is what a player can do in serious competetion against a real opponent while the clock is ticking....hats off to big herm.....

Dude was the best OL I saw play tonight on either side of the ball.

I definitely agree with this! Not to take anything away from the rest of the guys, but he was opening up the holes for the running backs and was also double teamed in many situations. Big Herm is a man among boys out there!

Dude is gamer, that's for sure... However, who knows if he has the intangibles to impress scouts at the combine. He is the only guard they touted for most of the Sr. Bowl. Most of the hype was for the 4 tackles that played for the South squad.

Gee, the attitude on this Board changes like the wind. Earlier this week, guys on here were dogging Big Herm like he played for the opposition...I'm so happy for him, he's a great player and real good guy who deserves to make lots of money and have a long and successful NFL career.

I saw the same game and I was not particularly impressed with his pass blocking. The defensive end on his side absolutely blew by him a few times. One time hitting JPW's hand and causing an errant throw. He did look good on run blocking.

Quinn Johnson looked like an NFL fullback for sure.

Great to here that Big Herm, DB and Q all had good senior bowls... the NFL KNOWS LSU produces, thye know these guys can cut it, and one bad team year out of all the great years is not going to change that so much...

He played 3 positions tonight. The guy should be playing guard. Not tackle.

I was in Mobile for practice this week but did not watch the game. By Wed he was much better at Right Tackle and was doing well at guard. Quinn was wearing those badass USC LB's out and they are one heck of a linebacking group.

Herman not only had a good game tonight but he proved he is very Coachable as he washaving a very tough time when practice began in Mobile at Tackle.

It could not have happened to a better person than Herman.

I agree big Herm dominated, but c'mon guys. This is going to have little bearing on what round he's drafted. By the time the combines are done, this game will be a distant memory, and everyone will be more concerned with his workouts there. It's pretty damn silly that how many times you can bench press 225 lbs. outweighs what you do in game situations.

Go Herm! We're proud of you!
