We really needed this win. We're in the driver's seat now with just 4 games to go, & the last 3 against a garbage team.

If A&M loses again tomorrow, they could miss the tourney. All of those numbers that were in their favor last weekend will turn losing to such a bad team. They need to win tomorrow and sweep next weekend to seal a bid.
ETA- I meant the NCAA Regionals, not the SECT. I assumed that was a given since the field expanded to all 16 this year.

Anyone with 14 losses cannot mathematically catch us.
3 wins guarantees a top 4 seed. Or all the 11 loss teams have our wins + their losses = 3.
To get the 2 seed …
Our wins + Arkansas losses = 4
Our wins + Georgia losses = 5 (or 4 if we end up with the tiebreaker. I have no idea what the tiebreaker would be)
We would need a combination of 7 wins for us + losses for Texas to get a share of the SEC championship. A combo of 8 gives it to us outright. Would need to win out and have Texas lose out.

You do remember that USCe is a road series, correct? The road hasn’t exactly been kind to LSU this year. I definitely wouldn’t take it for granted.
