Our anniversary is coming up. We have a 3-night window in June where we can get away. We've been to the woodlands and the Grand based on some recommendations here. I'd like something similar to those options. Wife would enjoy the spa. I may or may not play a round, so golf isn't a must.

I'm in Baton Rouge and need to keep it no more than a 4-5 hour drive as I have to be home the afternoon of the last day.

Yeah the MS coast might be the best option if you’ve already been to the Grand Hotel. Not many other nice get away places within 4-5 hours.
You might also look at the area a little east of Destin for the Henderson Park Inn and a place also called the Pearl over that way that is very nice.

Maybe Birmingham? 5.5 hours. Ross Bridge sounds like it may be up your alley. Plenty of good restaurants too.

We flew into Key West on a Thursday night and home on a Sunday evening. We had a great time.
