Living on the GulfCoast what other team would you pull for. If the Pelicans left?

I would stop watching. Once the Pel’s season is over, so is my interest in the NBA.

I’d stop watching unless a Former LSU was playing. If Pelicans left I’d root against them

After the Jazz moved I became a Celtics fan, mainly because of Bird and they were always on tv.

After Bird retired I became a Rockets fan and was until the Hornets moved here.

Probably would go back to being a Rockets fan or give up on the league.

Orlando or Memphis. Like both their color schemes and close proximity. And like watching Ja and Paolo. Both small markets, I could never be a fan of a large market team. Just feels like hopping on a bandwagon.

We sure got lots of Celtics fans in the city. It shows too. Nothing but green in the SKC when Boston comes to town. So I’m probably a Celtics fan. Remember when Bird got 60 at UNO Lakefront Arena?

Grizzlies.having live there, there’s a good bit of saints support and New Orleans support in general from Memphis. Two similar cities for better or worse.

Probably the rockets or Memphis just because it’s the closest to go see a game. Highly doubt I’d watch much outside of playoffs

None. It's hard enough watching NBA players flop left and right. I can only put up with that mess for my favorite team lmao

I’ll still pull for them when they leave, it’s not the Pels fault they play in a shithole with no business having a NBA team. They’ll have a better chance to win in Seattle.

I still pull for the Jazz and loved the Stockton/Mailman years. Their logo still screams ties to NOLA with Piston Pete, Rich Kelly and Truck Robinson.

Nobody would watch the NBA if the players weren’t good enough. The NBA wouldn’t generate as much money as it does without the players. What are you talking about?
