Yeah I was just watching it myself. I remember this movie getting lost in the shuffle for me because it came out the same time as "Gangs of New York" and "Road to Perdition", but still ended up being one of my favorite movies.

Watched it tonight as well. Forgot how much I loved this movie. DiCaprio is genius in this film, and he and Hanks compliment each other well

Book is great. The movie is okay.
I don't particularly like the scenes involving his parents or the fact that the removed the parts with him in Sweeden.
