I had planned on grilling these sausages whether the new range was in or not.
These were Holmes brand smoked cranberry and gouda cheese sausages.
No picture of them on the grill as I was just too lazy to come back inside for my camera.
They were really pretty darn good!!!
I had two with a side of some Beanie Weanies with BBQ sauce added.
One with peppers and onions and one without.

“Peruvian” chicken (spatchcocked) with green sauce and roasted root vegetables. Recipe was gleaned from a poster on this board. Don’t remember who to credit.

Leftover rice w/tomatoes. Mixed in some leftover rotisserie chicken. Added a can of mushroom soup and some seasonings. In the oven in a casserole dish.

Smoked some pork belly and beef cheek this weekend. Decided to make some tortillas and pico and make some tacos
