What would it take to be contenders?

If Gayle Benson woke up tomorrow and decided she wanted to win a Super Bowl before she went to the Owners Meeting in the Sky, what would it take to win? How long would it take?
Fire Mickey Loomis? Tank for the number one pick next year? Could Kellen Moore ever win the big one?
I'd guess it would take at least five years if she made every possible move and had a general manager that made the right decisions.

If QB hits, we can be a contender after the next draft. We will be off of all the old guys next season and will have drafted a ton of young cheap guys to replace them.

Get some good players. How many do we have that would start for most of the teams in the league? It ain't many and a couple of the ones that you'd include are on the back side of the hill.

We need a house cleaning. Fire Loomis and everyone who evaluates talent. Get rid of all the aging players with bad contracts. Replace anyone who shouldn't be starting.
Get as many draft picks from trades as we can. Tank for Manning or whoever. If Moore doesn't show flashes of brilliance, get rid of him too.
